HAPPENING is a European incubator that supports emerging socially engaged artists and creatives in becoming Artpreneurs: empowering them to launch cultural projects, develop their ideas with an entrepreneurial mindset, and tackle real-world challenges while staying true to their artistic vision.
The programme offers a hybrid learning structure combining online group workshops, immersive in-person sessions in partner cities across Europe, personalised mentoring, and access to a digital platform designed to support artistic development, collaboration, and visibility.
