HAPPENING INCUBATOR

A European incubator for artists, creatives and cultural project leaders committed to democratic values.

Over 9 months, you will be supported within an engaged European ecosystem to strengthen your organisation, refine your strategy and consolidate your local impact while acting within the European cultural space. Europe becomes a concrete lever for the development of your project.

A PROGRAMME TO STRUCTURE AND DEVELOP YOUR PROJECT

The programme is built around five main pillars:

  • Entrepreneurial structuring: Strengthening the organisation, business model and strategy of the project in order to stabilise its activity.

  • Networking: Building local connections (particularly in Seine-Saint-Denis) and European ones to break isolation and foster collaborations.

  • European cooperation: Learning how to develop transnational partnerships and understand European cultural cooperation programmes.

  • Mobility: Experiencing Europe in practice through professional meetings and international events.

  • Ethics in cultural projects: Reflecting on the social, democratic and environmental responsibility of cultural initiatives.

THREE EUROPEAN MODULES AVAILABLE ONLINE

At the core of the programme, three collective online modules will provide participants with practical insights:

  • Understanding cultural ecosystems and European cultural policies

  • Structuring a cultural project and developing a sustainable business model

  • Integrating ethical and societal dimensions into cultural entrepreneurship

A PROGRAMME TO STRUCTURE AND DEVELOP YOUR PROJECT

The programme may also offer:

  • regular individual mentoring sessions

  • professional meetings and pitching opportunities

  • networking moments in Seine-Saint-Denis and across Europe

These activities would allow participants to further develop their projects and gain access to a network of cultural and institutional partners.
