  • Introducing participants to reading and analysing calls for proposals

  • Identifying the priorities and goals of a European program

  • Building a European cooperation project

  • Developing methodological skills through a practical case study

  • Learning how to implement and manage a European project

  • Connecting with other local stakeholders and share practices

 

Format

A training program divided into three parts, allowing participants to choose the one(s) that best suit their needs:

  • Part One: Understanding European Fundings – 1 day

  • Part Two: Responding to a Call for Proposals – 2 days

  • Part Three: Managing Funded Projects – 2 days
