Passionate about all forms of artistic and cultural expressions, especially cinema and contemporary live performance, Lucile holds a Master's degree in Politics and Management of Culture in Europe from the Institute of European Studies (Paris 8 University).

Beyond her theoretical education, it is life experiences that have enriched her the most. In 2017, strengthened by an Erasmus exchange in Northern Ireland (University of Ulster), she concluded her Bachelor's degree in European and International Studies (Clermont Auvergne University) with a significant internship at a Mexican association running a popular education project, a literacy campaign in indigenous and rural communities – between Mexico and Chachahuantla. Before returning to her studies in 2019, she explored various paths, working with a Local Mission, as a waitress in an independent cinema in Mexico, and as a coordinator of cultural and tourist activities in a French Alliance. She has also worked in more institutional settings, with an end-of-studies internship focused on books at the French Institute in Paris in 2021.

The common thread through all these experiences? Encounter. Always fascinated by this aspect, she now focuses on projects related to intercultural and European cooperation; after a mission in the contemporary music sector, she joined ALTER EGO (X) in April 2022 to manage the A.N.T.Y.G.O.N.E project, Arts aNd Theater for YounG peOple NEeds.
